Default Virus work outs and training.

How much are the athletes allowed to work out, strength training or practice during this shut down? I know the games and official practice are cancelled, but I'm sure they don't want them sitting in their recliners for weeks or months. Will they be allowed to use any of our facilities?

They are emailed workouts during this time to do on their own by coaches. I know some of them were at the stadium yesterday running the steps.

I don't think they can use the weight room at this time.

I would assume with the school being shut down, on campus housing closes today, so I don't see how the weight rooms would be open. Even regular gyms/yoga/barre are closed right now.

Organized workouts are not allowed currently.

A lot of gyms are loaning out equipment for home use. I'd think that would be prudent here.

Yes sir if they play on OL and DL.

I doubt we have enough to go around though. Dumbells, barbells, and weights though can easily be used at home.

2020 is gonna be a weird season if we’re fortunate enough to see it.

I hope most programs are on the same level re: contact with players while this plays out. If “we” can keep programs from cheating, then I expect see some unpredictable chaos come September.

It may be fun enough to make us all remember why we love college football.

Pushups can go a long way for those skill players!
