I like seeing Dexter Carter on the 2 deep at WR. We will need his speed and hands.

Man, how deep are we at LB that Chris Harris is 2nd string?
Also, met Mark Michaud at the Savannah Fan Fest. Dude is a monster.
This is the difference between our teams coming up from fcs and now. We had a lot of star power at started on the 2014, 2015, 2016 teams. But we had no where near this much depth. There are a lot of impact players listed at number two.
Very interesting that Anthony Beck has not only taken the #1 punter spot, but is now also our holder. Maybe his handling of snaps wasn't the problem. So long as he gets it off on time our net punting should improve.
I absolutely hate not having Brian Miller on the line, but at least it looks like we have some decent depth and have Drew Wilson back.

Darion Anderson isn't starting?
Yep. I assume you mean “star power” in the general sense, as in “we had a Breida, Ellison, Dobson, et al.”
And you’re right about depth. The best example of this I can think is 2012, when we may have had the big names (Swope, Jerick, Wilcox, Russell, Dubose) at a fair number of positions, but we also started Oehlbeck and John Stevenson at LB.
That was GS personnel from the beginning. I’m glad to see the quality depth and also hope we’re able to maintain a similar attitude as far as hard work goes. We had a lot of walk-on All-Americans in I-AA/FBS.
Thanks, Rastabot!

If people don't know by know that the starting lineup for an option offense is just who MIGHT be in that position on the first play only, then I don't know what to do for them.
The 2 deep really just serves to show you what players are going to be used more than anything. We do a really good job mixing up personnel packages.
It's good to see a couple of the freshman OL getting in the mix for some PT.
